Our experience with
Chatbots-IA
Since 2018, we have a solid experience in designing and implementing chatbots aimed at students and their families, providing them with dynamic and personalized information about the importance and benefits of education.
This effort has been key to reducing asymmetries and information biases, promoting permanence in the educational system and access to higher education.
Aligned with the latest technological advances, our virtual assistants have evolved from a basic structure to a more interactive and conversational architecture, using generative AI services from OpenAI
This transition has been complemented with integration of new digital tools, significantly enriching the user experience and optimizing the functionality of our solutions. For instance, our in-house Chatbot Studio that allows us to develop, review and launch chatbots and integrate AI services quickly and efficiently.
The success and positive reception of our virtual assistants in Colombia has marked an important milestone, allowing us to implement them on a large scale nationwide. Recent impact evaluations have demonstrated the effectiveness of this tool in promoting immediate access to higher education.
This achievement has fostered the development of new collaborations in regions such as Bogotá, Valle del Cauca, and Chile. This project includes leading researchers such as Michael Kremer from U. Chicago and Nobel Laureate in Economics 2019, Eric Bettinger from Stanford, and Juan Saavedra from Harvard.
We reach more than 300,000 students annually.
